Website Design Workflow

Our utmost priority is to work diligently by creating visually rich and expressive design for every custom website we design.
| Design Concept - Step 1 | |
|
Before we begin a project we review and research all your requirements to guarantee that your final website is presented in the most perfect visual form possible according to your specific needs. Once the scope of the project is fully understood a project plan can be developed. We need to have a good idea of the information architecture of the site (which is done in the design phase) before we start developing. The key tool for doing this is the creative brief. It is the document we go back to if we have questions about the goals or requirements of the project, or if scope creep threatens to interfere.

| Reviews and Design Approval - Step 2 |
|
This review phase is critical as it's very easy to make changes here that would be very time-consuming to do later on in the project. Once we have the web site mock-up worked out, the actual visual design is done and approved. It's really important to get the design approved before starting phase Development. It's much easier to do rework in Photoshop than in HTML, so it really saves time to make sure that the development phase just involves building out the site and no designing 'on-the-fly'. |
| Website Templates Development - Step 3 |
|
This phase involves a hand-coding precise mock-up conversion to W3C Valid CSS/HTML. We like to review the site pages templates before the bulk of the pages are built out to make sure that the coding is up to scratch. |
| Content Management System - Step 4 |
|
We will add necessary modules such as your gallery to CMS. |
| Launch - Step 5 |
|
Once we've launched the website, we'll do a complete link check and also check that any applications are working fine. Once the site is live, we set up a maintenance plan with the client. Our work is done after you have a ready to fly website with CMS, all you need is to add content to it. |
